Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about programs, bookings, equipment, and policies.

Programs

What ages and skill levels does HAC work with?

HAC supports developing players from their first stride through elite performance. Contact us with the player's age, experience, and goals and we will recommend the best fit.

What is Power Edge Pro training?

Power Edge Pro combines reactive puck control, edge work, deception, and read-react-counter habits. The goal is game-transfer skill: seeing pressure, creating space, and making the next play faster.

How do I choose the right program?

Tell us what the player wants to improve: skating, puck skills, defence, checking, shooting, goaltending, or reactive Power Edge Pro work. We will help build the right development path.

Getting Ready

What equipment does my player need?

Players should arrive in full, properly fitted hockey equipment with skates, stick, helmet, gloves, and water. Goaltenders should bring their complete goalie setup.

Scheduling

Where are sessions held?

HAC runs programming at local arenas across Haldimand County and nearby communities. The confirmed rink and ice time are provided when you book.

Booking

How do session packages work?

Choose a 2-, 5-, or 10-session hockey development package, or a single, 5-, or 10-session Power Edge Pro package. After purchase, HAC will coordinate the appropriate program and available ice times.

Policies

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Training packages are final sale and sessions cannot be refunded or rescheduled for missed attendance. If HAC cancels a session, HAC will arrange a replacement time.
